1.) Can I get a refund or exchange?
All sales are final. No refunds/exchanges.

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours.

All items are packaged and shipped out of San Diego, California (USA).

To ensure your items are properly secured and packaged, processing time can take from 3-6 business days.

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.
7.) Will a tracking number be provided?
If your shipping address is located in the USA, a tracking number will be provided. International Shipping may have a tracking number, please inquire.
8.) What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You are welcome to pay additional for insurance coverage, please inquire.
9.) What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we are shipping within the USA and to international countries such as Canada and Australia. If you reside outside of our shipping zone, please inquire for potential options.
